Think less is better. for women we suggest a sports braw and cotton underwear or bikini bottoms. For men, cotton underwear is preferred. This will give the energy waves less resistance to work through your body.

It is recommended that you have 3 sessions per week. we understand that this will be hard to meet with everyone's busy schedules. We suggest that if you have been in an unhealthy environment, come more at the start then reduce your session frequency once your wellness is back to normal.
Your time inside the pod will average 45 minutes. This might include a short warm up period at the beginning of the session.
It is recommended that you drink water afterwards. Also, do not shower for 3 hours after session to allow the infrared lights and energy waves to finish their healing.
The total cost will be dependent upon each individual person. Sessions are $109 per use. We have membership options for our clients that like regular sessions.
The maximum Weight is 300 pounds and Height is 6' 4". There pod does have a specific framework that will allow most people to enjoy a session comfortably.
